1. Data controller
Seven AI Lab (a brand of the company SEVEN) is the controller of the personal-data processing carried out via ai-lab.byseven.co. Contact: contact@byseven.co.
2. Data collected
This is a showcase site. The only personal data that may be collected is what you provide when contacting us or booking a call (name, email, company, message). No data is ever sold.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to your contact and booking requests (legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures).
- Improving the site and measuring its audience, where applicable (consent).
4. Hosting and location
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. No sensitive personal data is processed on the showcase site. Client data related to AI engagements is hosted in France/EU with OVHcloud (SecNumCloud option) and is never used to train third-party models.
5. Retention period
Contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted in line with statutory periods.
6. Cookies
The site runs without any advertising-tracking cookies. Fonts and resources are self-hosted. Any audience-measurement tool added later will come with a consent banner.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Exercise them at contact@byseven.co. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
